Group rides

We invite you to use the transport services offered by the Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A. Company.

For every reported group of 10 people, the 11th person (guide/supervisor) gets a FREE ride.

The train attendant team conducts group ticket sales on board trains operated by Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A. Tickets can also be purchased at Koleje Dolnośląskie ticket offices.

Travel is only possible on specified routes and on specific KD trains. Group tickets issued by our company’s conductors will not be honoured on trains operated by other carriers.

1. This offer is for organised groups with a minimum of 10 people.
2. The terms of using group rides are included in the relevant provisions of the Transport tariff (TP-KD),Transport Regulations (RP-KD) of Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A.
3. You can book a ride for an organised group:
   1. via email to: przejazdy.grupowe@kolejedolnoslaskie.eu (send the completed APPLICATION to the provided address),
   2. by sending a REQUEST FOR GROUP TRANSPORT in writing to the address: Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A. 59-220 Legnica ul. Kolejowa 2, or by faxing it to the number 76 743 51 90,
   3. personally, by submitting the REQUEST FOR GROUP TRANSPORT at the headquarters of Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A. 59-220 Legnica ul. Kolejowa 2.
4. The request for group transport should reach Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A. no later than 3 days (from Monday to Friday excluding holidays), and no earlier than 7 days before the planned departure date of the group.
5. If the group’s travel is to take place in one ‘round trip’, but on different dates, two separate requests should be submitted.

7. The APPLICATION for group transport must be correctly filled out, providing:
   • name and surname, phone number, and email address of the transport organiser responsible for the group,
   • number of participants,
   • date and time of departure,
   • travel route.

The organiser of the group transport is notified of the acceptance of the group transport order by sending the confirmed APPLICATION to the provided email address.

The organiser is also notified if the requested transport cannot be carried out.
