- directly on the website kolejedolnoslaskie.pl (excluding routes from Zgorzelec and Zgorzelec Miasto stations),
- through the e-Podróżnik system (excluding routes from Zgorzelec and Zgorzelec Miasto stations),
- at all ticket offices of Koleje Dolnośląskie and Customer Service Offices of Koleje Dolnośląskie,
- on the train from a conductor of Koleje Dolnośląskie,
- at all ticket offices of the carrier POLREGIO.
The presale of tickets in the ‘Dresden Promotion’ lasts for 14 days.
ATTENTION! For direct trains from Zgorzelec to Bischofswerda and Dresden Hbf station, it is not possible to purchase tickets using the ‘Dresden Promotion’ offer (only tickets in the ‘Dresden-Wroclaw-Spezial’ offer of the carrier Die Länderbahn GmbH – DLB are available).

ATTENTION! When using the ‘Dresden Promotion,’ remember that depending on the selected connection at Zgorzelec or Görlitz station, you will need to transfer to a train operated by a German carrier. At the transfer station, passenger exchange proceeds smoothly. The connections are coordinated in such a way that you can safely transfer without the need for a long wait to continue your trip.

If you start your trip at Dresden Hbf station in the Germany – Poland connection and you do not have a ticket in the ‘Promocja Drezdeńska’ offer purchased in Poland for travel to Poland, you can purchase tickets in the ‘Dresden-Wroclaw-Spezial’ offer. The ticket sales are sold by:
